Terms of arrangements and cancellation conditions.

Travel Conditions

All arrangements are made under Japanese law and the rules of the Japanese travel industry, in accordance with our Travel Conditions Document (ご旅行条件書). The conditions that apply to a given booking — organised tours, bespoke tours or agency arrangements — are set out there and are confirmed in writing with each quotation. Travel Agency Terms

Our Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (旅行業約款) cover organised package tours, bespoke package tours, agency arrangements, visa and documentation services, and travel consultation, together with the Special Compensation Rules (特別補償規程) and our schedule of service fees. Travel Agency Registration

Travel on Demand Co., Ltd. is a travel agency registered under the Japanese Travel Agency Act. Cancellation & Payment Terms

Cancellation charges follow the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (旅行業約款) and the Travel Conditions Document for the booking type. Because charges differ by arrangement type, by the suppliers involved and by travel date, the applicable schedule is stated in writing with each quotation and forms part of the confirmed arrangement. Payment terms are likewise confirmed with each quotation. The official Japanese text at /ja/domestic/terms/ prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
