We propose a plan based on your wishes and do our best to meet your requests.
Quotation
We prepare a quote based on the details confirmed in our discussions. There is no charge up to the quotation stage, so please feel free to consult us.
Booking & payment
Your booking is officially confirmed once we receive your travel application form. Please pay the deposit or the full travel fee by the due date. Travel fees are payable in advance as a rule.
Until departure
Changes to times or itinerary are accepted up to 15 days before departure as a rule. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or changes. Any balance of the travel fee must be settled before departure.
Departure day
Please gather by the appointed time. Now, your wonderful journey begins.

Q.What are the payment methods?＋
A.Payment is available by bank transfer or credit card. Please pay by the due date.
Q.What is included in the charter bus fee?＋
A.The bus fee, fuel and crew (labor). Tolls and parking fees are borne separately by the customer.
Q.For overnight trips, who covers the crew's lodging?＋
A.It is borne by the customer. A tour conductor or bus guide, if required, is charged separately.
Q.What bus types are available and how many passengers can they carry?＋
A.Large buses (50–60 passengers including auxiliary seats), including special vehicles with restrooms or salon layouts. Medium buses (up to 27 passengers) are also available in a salon type. We also offer small buses (up to 25 passengers) and microbuses (up to 27 with auxiliary seats).
Q.How large is the on-board refrigerator?＋
A.It varies by vehicle, but a large bus can hold roughly forty 350ml cans.
Q.Do charter buses have luggage compartments?＋
A.Large, medium and small buses are all equipped with them. Large items such as golf bags and suitcases can be loaded, but space is limited, so please let us know your luggage volume in advance.
Q.When do cancellation fees apply?＋
A.Cancellation fees for charter buses apply from 14 days before departure. Rules differ by facility for accommodation and lunch venues, so please contact us for details.
Q.Can we watch DVDs on board?＋
A.Yes. However, due to copyright, commercially sold or rented DVDs and recorded TV programs cannot be shown. Only business-use DVDs owned by the bus company, or footage filmed by individuals or companies, may be played. Please consult us in advance, including compatibility with the playback equipment.
